The second piece of concept art for a game prototype called The Angry Mob. It's an unusual group of heroes. I must say I had lots of fun designing and painting them! As an interesting detail the flower on the girl's hair is recycled item from the Red Riding Hood painting, I was short on time so every shortcut that could be made - was made. Also the background is very similar to the one in Villains.

You might recognize one character from the earlier Villains poster, things didn't turn out so well for the sheep

As always I used Photoshop CS and Wacom Intuos 3. I just got a new computer on monday but haven't had the chance to paint or sculpt on it yet, it's already been 3 years since I last upgraded so these 30+ layer PSD files are starting to become pretty unresponsive.
